- Chaukhadi Stupa in Sarnat, UP, India is a Buddhist site is declared to be protected area of national importance by Archeological Survey of India(ASI).
- A maritime heritage museum is set up at Lothal. Gujarat by the Ministry of Shipping by Sagarmal programme, also ASI and state government involved in the project. India and Portugal also involved in this museum.
